Woahhh I'm so full my belly's gonna burst! I haven't ate like that in a very very long time. Today's my Grandma's 4th death anniversary so the family had a gathering in Kam Lun Tai for a 9 course dinner makan session. Good food was served. Very good food infact. Scallops, shark's fin soup, abalones and the list goes on. I ate and ate and ate. Bet grandma would be real proud of me. Eheh. I would have enjoyed the food more if it weren't for the typical Jackie Cheung and Sally Yeh wannabes who always manages to sing out of tune EVERYTIME they try to hit a high note...or a low note for that matter. And as if singing out of tune ain't enough, they try to show off singing in Engrish. Oh the horror! *Ohhhhhh mai rurveee, mai daaaa-linggggg, I hung-jer for your touchhhhssssss* Unchained Melody will never sound quite the same EVER again. I really don't understand. What issit with chinese restaurants and bad karaoke singing? It's like they come hand in hand. Gotta give these people credit for their guts. Or maybe they really think they can sing. *Chui kang kang buay bohhhhhh? Ah chui kang kang buay bohhhhhhhhh!!!!?* Helpp!!

I realised something today. I'm so old! I mean wow...I'm 18 years old already. An adult. Looking at my lil cousin Christine made me realise how old I am and how much I've grown. I see so much of me in her. Not only does she looks a wee bit like me, she even talks like me and she reminded me of how I was as an 11 year old. She's even reading my Enid Blyton books that my mom gave her last year. I went through the book with her and I came across a page with my scrawlings on it. It read "This is the super favourite story of Amelia Tan." Then she told me she loved that story too. I don't know why but I felt really happy when she told me that. I guess it's like having a little sister. I promised her once she turns 13 I'll give her my Sweet Valley Twins series and when she's 16 she'll get my Sweet Valley High and SVU series. When I looked at her I thought to myself, this girl will one day turn 18 too....just like me. How funny yeah. To see someone grow. To know what kind of life will she lead. To know one day she'll be just like me looking back at the old times, complaining how old and wrinkled she is. Ahhhh....life is one big circle eh?

Alrighty...gtg now...toilet break!!
