Tomorrow....

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows!!!!

And I just found out that the 4 major bookstores aren't selling the books to the public tomorrow because of the sudden price plunge taken by Tesco and Carrefour on the Potter books. Woah. I'm pretty sure that there's gonna be a huge huge fiasco tomorrow. Now I don't know to be happy that I pre-ordered the book (because pre-orders will be honoured) or be darn sore with the fact that I'm paying an extra RM40 for the book (yes, Tesco and Carrefour are selling the book at RM 69.90).

Right now I'm really really mad at Tesco and Carrefour for price dumping and totally spoiling the Harry Potter experience for me. Now instead of just eagerly waiting for the last and final book to be released, I'm also kinda feeling a little cheated to be paying almost double for the book. ARGH. I HATE THIS.

You know, I'm sure there's gonna be loads and loads of outraged Potter fans tomorrow. I mean, it's for a lack of a better word, OUTRAGEOUS! How can man? How can you price dump until like that?! And Penguin Distribution (the idiotic company that distributes the Potter books in Malaysia) should have imposed a price protection on the books. It's totally unreasonable to let bookstores decide to sell the books at any price they want. Not when the book is so so so so (till infinity) freaking popular and has a worldwide release date. And Tesco and Carrefour are hypermarkets for goodness sakes, not even a bookstore. It's not fair. Really not fair.

Anyway I'm gonna get my book at 10 am and I won't be online for 2 days to avoid any form of spoilers. I seriously do NOT want my final Potter experience to be spoiled by some idiot's nickname on MSN stating "OMG HARRY POTTER DIE LIAO!!" or "Dumbledore is alive!!".

So yeah, two days confinement in my room with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

It's gonna be one hell of a ride.
