Youtube is brilliant.Oh my, oh my, oh my!! I'm estatic!! I stumbled upon a treasure trove filled with things of the past. Stuff I've been looking for all over! Stupid me. I should've thought of YouTube first!! Haha!
I feel like a child again. It's so magical this feeling. I can't believe I remember everything so clearly. Things I've forgotten, neatly tucked away after years of "growing up". And now, all these memories rushing back like the dam just broken. Woohoo!
Don't know what I'm talking about eh? Come, I show you!
My Little Ponies!!! My childhood best friends!! I must say till this day I still think they're so magical and one of the best cartoons around. My pretty colourful ponies. Okay fine, I admit that whoever that was doing the voice-over had a very very irritating voice. Funny how I didn't notice it when I was younger. BUT I think the whole concept made up for the voice overs. Check out other my little pony videos on YouTube! There's so many! There's even a movie too. And the series has a kick-ass storyline! x) But of course during my time I watched the G1 ponies and not the G2 ones that can walk on two legs and eat ice cream at an ice cream parlour. The new generation ponies are prettier, no doubt, but boy are they freaky! Ponies walking on TWO legs and wearing a bikini is JUST WRONG. Proves that cartoons these days are just plain weird.
Haha! I showed Kenny this and he was like "WTF...Potato head kids?!?". Don't you think people back then were so creative. I mean who would think about making potato cartoons you tell me. Oh btw, Toy Story totally stoled the Mr. Potato Head idea from this cartoon. I swear. Look at the Papa Potato. The Toy Story version looked exactly like that. See lah. Potato Head Kids rock okay and they have such amazing adventures. Oh they skate too. BWAHAHAHAHHA!
Next up are the Moondreamers. Need I say more? The theme song is so magical already. "Mooondreamers, make your dreams take flightttttttttt~~~" x)
Glo Friends!! Haha! Okay lah, actually back in the days when I was a wee kid, My Little Pony, Potatohead Kids, Moondreamers and Glo Friends were played back to back. So I was a very very happy kid la. And if you're wondering why my eyesight is so bad, you now have your answer. x)
The Wuzzles! So creative the idea! Haiyoh...
The Popples!! Watch them when they bounce in a ball. So damn cuteeeeeee!!!! ARGHHHH!!! I wanna chew em' Popples cos they so cuteeeeeee!!!!!
The Pound Puppies. This one wasn't that nice la. But I watched it anyway. It something like Scoody Doo.
Lastly, the first Disney Original Movie!! The Fluppy Dogs!! I love love love this cartoon!! A tale about 5 magical dogs that held a crystal key that can open invisible doors that lead to different worlds. Super chun I tell you. x)
There are soooooo many more. I don't know if any of you have seen them. So far none of my friends know what I'm talking about when I mention the cartoons above. Seriously lah...don't you people watch cartoons as kids? It's on national tv what. Such deprived childhood. Heh. If any of you watched them before, tell me kay, so we can be all excited and jump around with joy together!! Hahahaha!
I'm an 80's baby through and through. Sigh....those were kickass cartoons I tell you. x) They don't make cartoons like that anymore these days.
Classic. Le sigh~
Searched youtube and came up with some stupid clip about Gumby banging a horse?!
Didn't even bother to see what the vid was about.
its face would light up evrytime u squeezed it hahahaa

: 9:23 PMnadiah Omg!!! You know Glo Friends!!! You rock la!! So nostalgic kan watching back the clips from the movie. I really don't understand why so few people watched them before. It's always on tv!!
but i agree tat a pony in a bikini is just wrong. =)
